Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated courier.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
